Pre-Application Meeting Request

Pre-Application Meetings are now required by the City of Cordele.  At this meeting, the applicant will be provided information regarding application procedures, submission requirements, and review of design and development standards.  The Pre-Application Meeting is of no cost to the applicant.  We highly suggest you also download and consult the Zoning Request(s) Filing Checklist below.

Pre-Application Meetings are now required for the following application types: Rezonings, Zoning Variances, Conditional Use Permits, Future Land Use Map Amendments, Zoning Modification requests, Planned Unit Developments, Administrative Appeals, Historic Preservation Commission, Site Development, Pre-Construction (Land Disturbance Permits) reviews.
