The City of Cordele offers citizens within the city limits of Cordele an area to dispose of household garbage free of charge.  This facility is located near City of Cordele Public Works on East 11th Avenue.  It is open Monday & Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M., and Saturdays from 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M., unless otherwise publicized. Please remember:

• NO TIRES
• NO CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION DEBRIS
• NO DEAD ANIMALS
• TO ACCESS THE SITE AND DUMP YOU MUST PROVIDE TO OUR ATTENDANT, PROOF OF RESIDENCY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF CORDELE (example - Driver's License)
