Meter Control ensures the safety and accuracy of all the City's gas and water meters by performing the following tasks:

• Reading and maintaining 2978 Gas Meters and 6005 Water Meters.
• Scheduling testing of meters.
• Installing new meters.
• Repairing meters.
• Turning meters off or on for customers to have their leaks repaired.
